The Global Support Executive will be providing support to global users of vast and complex Applications.

- Experience – 3-8 years
Position Details:
- We are looking for a suitable candidate with experience in Manual / Functional Testing OR IT Infra Support
- Should be proficient in Japanese Language and possess verifiable experience in supporting Japanese Clients/Customer
- Will have to provide application /infra support for a vast & complex Transaction based applications
- Good exposure in SQL / database ,will be an added advantage .
- It is a global support role hence should be flexible to work in rotational shift
Japanese proficiency N3 level and above.
