Position title: Manager/ Sr. Manager- EHS
Age: 35~45 Years Max.
Qualification: Graduate in EHS domain
Job Role:
・Develop and improve Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Working management system.
・Review employee safety programs and recommend improvements.
・Manage the effectiveness of risk reduction and accident prevention.
・Manage and control company to comply with law of safety, explosives and environment.
・Review plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to make sure that they meet safety requirements.
・Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment.
・Ensure that buildings or products comply with health and safety regulations, especially after an inspection that required changes.
・Provide training programs to improve employee's safety awareness.
・Cooperate with global sites Occupational Safety, Health and Environment.
・Cooperate with companies in the field of waste management.
・Perform the duties of the Fire Protection Inspector.
・Obtain and renew the licenses and permissions relating to safety, explosives and environment to operate the factory
・Manage the waste treatment, including the heat treatment facility
Preferable Skills
Experience at Japanese Manufacturing company Working experience in Green field company
Flexible mind and good coordination ability with colleagues and customers
