Role & Responsibilities
Manage and lead team members to achieve organizational goals
Implement and execute management strategies effectively
Coordinate with overseas team members and stakeholders
Plan and carry out promotional and marketing activities
Work closely with Market Development and Sales teams
Coordinate with the Application team to support solution‑based sales
Report progress status and updates regularly to senior management
Technical & Functional Requirements
Prior experience in R&D, Design, or Application Engineering
Strong problem‑solving and solution‑finding abilities
Capability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical or commercial solutions.
