The Assistant Manager - Quality role is an onsite position based in Neemrana, focused on quality assurance, measuring instrument management, customer reporting, and quality improvement activities. This role is suited to someone with automotive sector experience who is comfortable working with data, inspection tools, and corrective action processes.
Responsibilities
Support quality assurance activities to maintain product and process standards
Use measuring instruments such as profile projectors and microscopes for quality inspection activities
Manage measuring instruments and ensure they are properly maintained and organised
Create quality-related reports for customers
Organise and analyse quality data using MS Excel
Prepare reports and presentations using MS PowerPoint
Support quality improvement activities using 7 QC (quality control) Tools and CAPA reports, including reasoning and countermeasure documentation
Requirements
Experience in quality assurance
Experience using measuring instruments, including profile projectors, microscopes, or similar tools
Experience managing measuring instruments
Work experience in the automotive sector
Ability to create reports for customers
Ability to organise data using MS Excel and use MS PowerPoint
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools and CAPA reporting, including reasoning and countermeasure reports
Quick learner with the ability to understand company products
