The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Production Planning & Control role manages production planning, monitoring, inventory control, delivery schedules, and forecast consolidation at the company’s Sri City operations. The position also supports the performance and development of team members through guidance and training.
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage production plans in line with operational requirements
Monitor production input and output quantities against plans and actual performance
Manage delivery quantities, schedules, sales amounts, and product inventory levels
Consolidate production, delivery, inventory, sales, and forecast information
Review planning and operational results to support effective production control
Guide and train team members to improve their skills, performance, and motivation
Requirements
