Experience Required-
Candidate should have specialized experience of working in maintenance field.
Assembly maintenance , Maintenance Document.
Candidate should have experience of working with Japanese automobile parts manufacturing company.
Candidate should have specialized experience of shopfloor machine maintenance along with
Utilities experience.
Deeper Knowledge of PLC.
Candidate should ensure the Maintenance of Whole plant machinery & equipment’s
Candidate should ensure the smooth running of machine /equipment’s as per production plan and req.
Candidate should have knowledge of ISO /IATF.
Candidate should have experience of Audit correspondence.
Candidate should have knowledge/ experience of repair & improvement of shopfloor assembly equipment’s and general utilities equipment’s.
Ensure to have preventive and predictive maintenance of all machines/equipment’s on regular basis.
Should have experience of spare parts inventory management.
Knowledge & experience in making & modification of New machines ,Jig & fixtures as per requirement.
