Job Description-
- Handle daily factory administration, including office supplies management, vendor coordination, and general facility support
- Manage HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, employee records, and personnel documentation
- Support recruitment activities including coordination with recruitment agencies, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and basic HR reports
- Coordinate payroll inputs with external payroll vendors and ensure timely submission of attendance and salary-related data
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and basic labor matters
- Support statutory compliance activities by coordinating with external consultants (PF, ESI, labor compliance, etc.)
- Assist factory management with basic MIS reporting and administrative coordination.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate visa, FRRO, and other immigration-related processes by liaising with external consultants and internal stakeholders for 1 Japanese Expat -MD.
