•Responsibilities to coordinate induction program for new joiners
•Organizing and coordinating training program as per plan.
•Coordination of good training agencies for outside training
•Handling Employee engagement
•Manage event Calander
•Providing critical inputs in designing & developing HR policies.
•Preparation of Induction Manual, HR Manual.
Job Requirements-
• MBA (MSW) degree
Proactive and motivated individuals
