The IT Executive role offers the opportunity to establish and lead IT operations at a newly launched site in India. This position combines hands-on technical responsibilities with strategic oversight, playing a critical part in shaping the IT function from its initial setup through to stable, long-term operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the setup of IT infrastructure to support the launch of the new site
Manage PC environments, including configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support
Provide user support, resolving technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operations
Oversee a wide range of IT environments to support business needs
Contribute to building and structuring the site’s IT organisation
Drive the transition from initial implementation to stable and efficient IT operations
Requirements
Experience working across IT infrastructure, PC management, and user support
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage end-user systems and maintain operational efficiency
Proven capability to take ownership of IT setup and ongoing processes
Effective communication and organisational skills
