This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in procurement, inventory management, warehouse coordination, and production control administration.
Responsibilities
Coordinate procurement activities for parts and materials, including ordering, delivery management, and supplier coordination.
Manage inventory levels to help prevent shortages, excess stock, and production delays.
Support warehouse operations and ensure smooth material flow throughout the manufacturing process.
Coordinate delivery schedules and maintain effective communication with the primary procurement source.
Support production management administration, including design changes, BOM management, cost management, and drawing management.
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow across production and procurement activities.
Requirements
Practical experience in ordering and delivery management of production parts.
Understanding of the overall supply chain.
Experience in production management, procurement, and inventory control.
Experience or interest in improvement projects related to production management, procurement, and inventory control.
Knowledge of SAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and basic Excel operations such as lookup functions.
Knowledge of inventory management.
Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and VBA.
Database knowledge or experience.
Degree or diploma in a related field.
