The Junior Human Resources Officer role supports talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, talent development, analytics, and process improvement within an onsite working environment. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the business while contributing to efficient, data-informed, and digitally enabled Human Resources (HR) operations.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and hiring closure
Stakeholder & Business Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and group companies to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions
Campus Hiring & Employer Branding: Drive campus recruitment initiatives, internship programmes, university relations, employer branding, and talent pipeline development
Talent Management Support: Support performance management, succession planning, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programmes, and organisational development activities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee onboarding, probation confirmation, employee records, internal transfers, and separation processes in compliance with company policies
HR Analytics & Management Reporting: Develop HR dashboards, recruitment analytics, workforce reports, and management presentations to support data-driven decision-making
HR Digitalisation & Process Improvement: Contribute to Human Resources Management System and Applicant Tracking System administration, artificial intelligence adoption, automation initiatives, and continuous process improvement projects
Project Management & Cross-functional Coordination: Manage multiple HR projects, priorities, and stakeholder requirements across business units within a matrix organisation
Kaizen & Operational Excellence: Identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing processes, and implement practical solutions to enhance HR efficiency and business value
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to recruitment standard operating procedures, HR policies, internal controls, and organisational standards
Requirements
Experience or practical knowledge of talent acquisition and employee lifecycle processes
Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders
Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to prepare HR reports, dashboards, analytics, and management presentations
Familiarity with HR systems, recruitment platforms, digitalisation, or process improvement initiatives
