The Manager role oversees supply chain operations, including import and export documentation, shipping coordination, SAP transactions, and daily operational activities. This onsite position combines trade compliance knowledge, team leadership, and coordination with logistics service providers to support efficient business operations.
Responsibilities
Review import and export shipments and related documentation
Apply knowledge of CAROTAR, EPA/FTA requirements, tariffs, and ECL requirements to support trade-related activities
Manage SAP transactions, including Purchase Order (PO) placement, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and invoicing
Coordinate with shipping lines, Customs House Agents (CHAs), and Freight Forwarders (FFs)
Lead the team, manage job work transactions, and oversee daily operations
Support indent and merchant business activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain operations and documentation
Knowledge of import and export processes, trade documentation, CAROTAR, EPA/FTA requirements, tariffs, and ECL requirements
Experience using SAP for purchasing, goods receipt, and invoicing activities
SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) certification is preferred
