The New Product Development (NPD) Engineer role supports tooling development and new product projects within a manufacturing operation in Bawal. The position coordinates project schedules, tool trials, sample submissions, customer approvals, and project documentation to help maintain progress against key milestones.
Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor project schedules and milestones
Coordinate tooling development activities with toolmakers
Monitor tool manufacturing, T0, T1, and T2 trials, and the associated approval processes
Coordinate sample submissions and customer approvals
Support Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process activities
Prepare and maintain project and product development documentation
Requirements
2-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of project schedule and milestone monitoring
Knowledge of tooling development, tool manufacturing, trials, and approval processes
Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process requirements
Ability to coordinate sample submissions, customer approvals, and project documentation
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred
