Main Mission
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage daily operations of vending machines in coordination with logistics partners. The Operations Manager ensures machines are always well-stocked, operational, and meet customer satisfaction standards by efficiently scheduling replenishments and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
Monitor vending machine sales, customer feedback, and system alerts for breakdowns.
Determine the day's priority machines for refilling and repairs.
Coordinate and dispatch daily tasks to the logistics company.
Lead daily morning briefings with logistics partners.
Supervise logistics activity via both online platforms and field oversight.
Liaise with the Technical Department for repairs and follow up on task completion.
Ensure timely removal of near-expiry stock from machines.
Operational Support
Supervise and manage one on-site Operations Staff member.
Support installation of new vending machines, including setup and initial stocking.
Assist technical teams with machine setup in the warehouse as needed.
Plan and monitor the cleaning of vending machines to uphold hygiene standards.
Stock Management & Planning
Plan and adjust drink lineups for new and existing machine placements.
Design and manage efficient product replenishment routes.
Monitor shelf life of vending products and take appropriate actions.
Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
Logistics management
Delivery coordination
Production management in a factory setting
