Designation- PED – Equipment Design (Executive / Engineer)

Location-Sri City

Job Description-

• Should take care of New model development activities related to Equipment design and manufacturing process method during both development and High-volume production.

• Should be able to Design Jigs, Fixtures and Equipment 

• Should be able to assemble Jigs, Fixtures and Equipment as per the drawing and validate before handover to production.

• Should take care of Jigs, Fixtures and Equipment maintenance as per plan.

• Should implement Kaizens for improving quality and cycle time.

• Attend the equipment breakdown and be able to take Corrective and Preventive action.

• Should take care of making maintenance report as per the schedule.

• Should make monthly report for breakdown and along with why-why analysis.

• Should take care of Spare parts monitoring.

• Should maintain confidentiality when dealing with technology and confidential designs.

• Should be flexible to work in shift and on Holiday (if needed).

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Hands on experience in using 3D modeling, assembly workbench and drafting software  - Preferably Solid Works and Auto Cad 2D.

• Basic knowledge on Total Productive Maintenance.

• Basic knowledge in GD&T & Tolerance stack up.

• Able to read Engineering drawing.

• Basic knowledge of Pneumatic components/System

• Basic Knowledge in 5S
