The Safety Executive role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety practices at a manufacturing operation in Neemrana, Rajasthan. The position is responsible for monitoring compliance, identifying workplace risks, investigating incidents, and promoting safety awareness across the site.
Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety policies and procedures
Conduct routine site inspections and audits to identify unsafe conditions and working practices
Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate preventive measures
Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
Organise and conduct safety drills, workshops, and awareness programmes
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, incidents, and related reports
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with applicable legal and statutory requirements
Assist in developing site-specific safety plans and emergency response procedures
Requirements
Knowledge of occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
Ability to conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Strong reporting, record-keeping, and organisational skills
Ability to conduct safety training and coordinate effectively with internal teams and regulatory bodies
