Responsibilities
Handle and supervise a team of associates and DETs
Manage sheet metal and injection moulding suppliers
Perform inspections, including incoming inspection standards and work instruction preparation
Prepare supplier layout plans, coordinate third-party testing, and develop process and 4M audit plans
Raise 8D reports to suppliers for non-compliance and ensure closure and verification
Handle internal line issues and support containment actions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
6 - 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role or within a manufacturing or automotive environment
