Senior Executive Costing

Prepare product cost calculations for new projects and upcoming models, ensuring accurate estimation of manufacturing costs.

Handle cost planning and budgeting activities, including detailed cost breakdowns and financial projections.

Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM), raw material costs, process costs, and overhead allocation to determine cost drivers.

Develop project-wise cost sheets and conduct profitability analysis to support business decisions.

Monitor and track target cost vs. estimated cost, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Support quotation preparation and address customer costing requirements in a timely manner.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchase, Production, PPC, Technical, and Quality teams to gather cost inputs and ensure alignment.

Manage overall project progress and facilitate related review meetings with stakeholders.

Participate in cost reduction initiatives, VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) activities, and continuous improvement programs.

Maintain costing records, MIS reports, and documentation within ERP/SAP systems.

Analyze material cost trends and supplier quotations to evaluate impact on project costing.

Support management in project review meetings and financial planning discussions by providing relevant data and insights.
