The Senior Executive - Store Layout & Construction role supports the planning and delivery of retail store development projects in Andheri East, Mumbai. The position combines layout planning, construction coordination, procurement, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management to support successful store openings.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review store layout drawings and construction plans
Coordinate permit, licence, and statutory approval processes with relevant authorities
Manage the procurement of store fixtures, fittings, and construction materials
Negotiate commercial and technical requirements with landlords and property stakeholders
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout project execution
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety requirements, and company standards
Support store opening activities and handover processes
Requirements
Experience in retail store layout planning, construction coordination, or a related area
Knowledge of construction plans, statutory approval processes, and local building and safety requirements
Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to work with landlords, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Ability to monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and store handover activities
