Key Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of machinery at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality
Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth machine operations
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and carry out repairs efficiently at client locations
Provide on-site technical support and resolve customer queries related to equipment performance
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution
Maintain service reports, documentation, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
