- The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site.
- Must be able to resolve Technical issues at Customer site in the defined target time.
- Must be able to manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base
- Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer
- Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base
- Must have good knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics / electrical
- Providing technical support to the Branch Service Manager
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have Problem Solving Skills
- Must have good command over written and verbal communication
- Good in MS-Office
- Must be willing to Travel
