Roles and Responsibility: 

 

  1. Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly

  2. Assist in Purchase/Quality Manger and follow his/her instructions.

  3. Capable of all documentation matter and daily office requirement.

    • Invoice making

    • Control sheet updating

    • Delivery and production schedule updating

    • Issued Invoice and received Invoice updating

    • Etc for daily office support

  4. Follow up the production and dispatch schedule of suppliers as the following delivery plan.

  5. Follow up the delivery plan and its q’ty of customers as the following delivery plan.

  6. Systematically filing important company documents.

  7. Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed.

  8. Take a call and inquiry from clients and suppliers and inform to managers and senior-level officers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Proven experience working in an office environment. 

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.

  • Working knowledge of business management. (Printing and packaging knowledge, may be preferred.)

  • The ability to multitask.

  • Effective communication skills. fluently English communication ability required

  • Exceptional customer service skills. 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Production: Printing and Packaging knowledge may be preferred.

  • Working experience of Japanese company may be preferred.
