Assistant Manager- Corporate Planning officer
 
Work Experience: Min 5 ~9 Years of Experience with Graduate/Master is business Management
Location: Gurgaon
Skills: The incumbent’s work should substantively contribute to improve the management of the projects of the organisation and should be using the MS Office package- Advance Excel, and Access. Working knowledge of ERP, reporting tools.
 
Job Role
 
    Under the immediate supervision of the Head of Corporate Planning the incumbent performs the following duties:
•    Oversees the development and maintenance of the corporate strategy.
•    Monitors the operational execution of the corporate strategy.
•    Tracks and reviews KPI’s, goals and objectives of the corporate strategy.
•    Deploys and maintains real time dashboard, MIS of Key data on the organisation system.
•    Researches, investigates, and suggests new system improvements.
•    Assists the Head of corporate Planning in developing effective procedures and processes.
•    Assists the Head of corporate Planning in analysis as it relates to Strategy development, institutional planning, performance management and quality control.
•    Actively identifies both internal and external clients to whom services are provided and seeks to understand and address clients’ needs with effective and appropriate solutions.
•    Understand the achievement status of the financial target and analyse it. 
•    Communicate about the business status with the concerned sections
•    Performs other duties as determined by the Head of corporate Planning
