Job Duties and Responsibilities
Hands-on Utility Operations
Manage Transformers, HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS systems, Compressors, STP, ETP, RO, and BMS.
Personally support troubleshooting during breakdowns and critical failures & spare management.
Ensure uninterrupted utility availability for plant operations.
Team Supervision
Allocate daily work and shifts to technicians.
Monitor execution quality and safety compliance.
Train technicians on SOPs, safety, and troubleshooting.
Maintain discipline and productivity.
Utility & Building Maintenance Management
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain maintenance records and spare inventory.
Coordinate with vendors and OEMs when required.
