Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with overseas counterparts, suppliers, and customers for smooth business operations.
Manage sales, forecast, order processing, quotations, and documentation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
Support business development activities and identify new market opportunities.
Handle import/export coordination, logistics follow-up, and shipment tracking.
Ensure timely communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines, payments, and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Japanese work standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science and Business Administration
5–8 years of experience in trading companies, manufacturing, automotive, industrial products, or related sectors.
Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese clients preferred.
Understanding of technical products like resin, chemicals, adhesives etc will be more preferable.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work in a disciplined and process-oriented environment.

Understanding of Japanese business culture and corporate etiquette.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
