Detailed Job Description
Business Analyst with experience in Requirement Analysis, Design and Validation of complex Business Applications. The candidate should be able to hold technical discussions, elicit requirements design document and take issues towards closure by negotiating with related parties. Experience in Billing, Provisioning, order management & charging system or any large scale Digital transformation journey preferably in Telecom Domain or other similar implementations.

Lead Business Analyst/Operation Lead
Minimum 2-5 years of IT experience with JLPT N3+ Certification and good command over English language
Minimum 6-9 years of IT experience with JLPT N3+ Certification and good command over English language
10+ years with IT experience of leadership, task planning & team management with JLPT N2+ Certification and good command over English language
Understanding of key architectural components like Application servers, Databases, API (REST/SOAP) etc.
Experience of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, have the ability to multi-task, and be a quick learner.
Skilled & understand System Architecture, Designs, Specifications and System Testing.
Expertise in analyzing & understanding of Business Requirement Specifications and Development Specifications. Develop requirement understanding and be responsible for gathering, analyzing the business processes, conducting feasibility studies and Document creation.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Understanding of design, development, deployment and management aspects of a solution.
Good to Have Skills & Competencies:-
Experience in BSS of Netcracker (preferred), Amdocs, Huawei, Ericsson and Oracle.
Preferably a 2+ years’ experience in Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworx (eTOM, TNA, SID), ITIL, IEEE, etc.
The knowhow of Core Billing, Usage Mediation, Rating Engine, Bill-Formatting, Centralized Product-Catalogues, Revenue-Assurance, Collections, Delinquency and integration to accounting systems.
Be able to do progress reporting, create presentations.
Support in planning, progress reporting, risk assessment and perform issue resolution including customer negotiations.
Customer Facing experience and Japanese market experience will be highly valuable.
