The DOJO Senior Engineer role is responsible for establishing, executing, and continuously improving a practical workplace training system at the company’s Bidadi location. This onsite position plays a key part in developing standardised training materials, practical skill-development programmes, simulators, trainers, and evaluation methods that respond to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of overall DOJO planning, establishment, execution, and continuous improvement

  • Develop and standardise the complete DOJO training system

  • Plan, prepare, and standardise DOJO training manuals, trainer manuals, training materials, and related documentation

  • Identify training needs and develop practical skill-development programmes based on actual workplace requirements

  • Plan and develop DOJO simulators and practical training facilities in coordination with relevant departments and vendors

  • Plan the overall training calendar, select and develop DOJO trainers, and ensure the effective execution of training programmes

  • Monitor training effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and continuously improve training content, methods, simulators, and evaluation systems

  • Ability to develop training manuals, practical training content, simulators, and evaluation methods based on operational requirements

  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with trainers, internal departments, and external vendors
