The EHS Executive role offers an opportunity to support key operational and customer-facing processes within a manufacturing environment. This position is well suited for a detail-oriented professional with experience in SAP, customer portals, supply chain coordination, warehouse stock management, and audit-related activities.
Responsibilities
Manage customer portal activities for automotive customers and support timely updates as required
Maintain warehouse stock at 3PL logistics locations to support customer delivery instruction timelines
Support supply chain activities, including forecast management, data management, and MIS preparation
Coordinate with related departments such as NPD, Purchase, and Store to ensure smooth operational flow
Support APQP-related activities and maintain required documentation
Assist with internal, external, and IATF audit-related requirements
Support import and export coordination as part of day-to-day operational activities
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of customer portals such as MSIL, Honda, Renault, or similar platforms
Working knowledge of SAP
Awareness of supply chain activities, warehouse stock management, and 3PL logistics coordination
Experience in forecast management, MIS preparation, and data management
Knowledge of APQP and audit processes, including internal, external, and IATF audits
Basic technical knowledge related to the automotive industry.
Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments
