Location- Hyderabad (currently WFH)
- Creating Contract, Manifesting of Booking, Bill of Lading, Manifest submission to respective locations
- Communicating with Front Office via email / phone
- Timely response / solutions on queries raised
- Liaison with Front Office and Customer
- Well versed in Japanese language in terms of speaking, writing & mail communication.
- JLPT N1/N2 is mandatory.
- Should be a good team player
- Eye to Detail & Always Ready to Accept Challenges with positive and open attitude
- He/ she should remain calm, objective and controlled in responding to urgent or demanding situations.
- Maintain effective performance under pressure. Stays positive.
- Ability to handle high work volumes and multi-tasking, good grasping power.
- Flexible in handling other operational entries/functions.
- Good Logical & Analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal Communication & generally accepted Email Etiquettes
- Good Working Knowledge of MS Office ie Word, Excel, PPT
- Good Key Board skills and accurate Typing speed
- The candidate must be willing to work in Shifts / Weekends (includes Night Shifts and Sunday working).
