Act as a key coordinator between Japanese and Indian employees across company-wide operations. Support production planning activities, including coordination of schedules, information exchange, and documentation between relevant teams. Assist in discussions and coordination related to factory equipment installation and investment planning, including preparation of materials and meeting coordination. Serve as a communication bridge with Japan headquarters, supporting business operations, accounting coordination, and audit-related activities. Provide sales support, including preparation of technical documents, presentations, and supporting materials in Japanese and/or English. Accompany sales or technical staff on customer visits when required, and support explanations and discussions with clients. Translate and interpret business-related communications (Japanese–English / Japanese–local language as applicable). Support general coordination tasks to ensure smooth collaboration between departments and stakeholders.
