Job Description:

Experience (in years):  15~22 Years                                           
Primary Purpose for the Position:-
•    Leadership in the development and implementation of the Company’s HR Strategy as a key enabler of the Company’s strategic plan
•    Oversee day-to-day management of the department activities
•    Lead role in the development, integration and implementation of HR policies, procedures, systems and practices
•    Hire staff and negotiate employment agreements
•    Champion the Company’s commitment to equality and diversity
•    Handle performance reviews and employee benefits
•    Maintain employee records
•    Design and direct training programs
•    Lead role in disciplinary and grievance matters
•    Handle employee relations matters and sensitive personnel cases, deploying high level professional skills to achieve successful outcomes
•    Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
•    Master’s Degree in Personnel Management
•    Relevant experience of about 15 to 20 years, preferably Automotive/Manufacturing industry
•    A large part of the job is dealing with people, therefore superior people and interpersonal skills
•    Planning and organisation skills 
•    Ability to act decisively and solve employees related problems
•    Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
•    Computer literacy
•    Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with team, other departments and customer
•    Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
•    Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet targets and deadlines
•    A results-driven approach to work.
