Roles and responsibilities:-
Assist in attendance management (biometric, shift records, leave records)
Assist in payroll inputs preparation (attendance, leave, overtime)
Coordinate for training & development activities
Support in recruitment coordination (interviews, documentation)
Support in organizing events, celebrations, welfare activities
Assist in communication between female workers and management
Handle basic female employee queries & grievances
Coordinate company transport (car/bus scheduling)
Maintain canteen, housekeeping, and facility coordination
Coordination with vendors (housekeeping, security, transport)
