The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality assurance activities within the engineering and manufacturing function at the Chennai office. This position is suited to an experienced quality professional with managerial capability, relevant technical expertise, and a strong background in managing relationships with international customers.
Responsibilities
Manage quality assurance activities in line with manufacturing and customer requirements
Support quality processes related to heat treatment, metallurgy, Quality Management Systems, and ISO standards
Handle market quality interactions with Japanese and European markets
Support quality compliance, documentation, and audit-related activities
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity
Experience in the construction equipment, automotive, or engineering industry
Knowledge of heat treatment processes, metallurgy, Quality Management Systems, and ISO standards
Market handling experience with Japanese or European markets
Ability to join within one month is preferred
