The Quality Assurance Staff role supports new fastener development in Gurgaon, covering the process from receipt of customer requirements through to successful mass production. The position coordinates technical reviews, quality planning documentation, and supplier development across a range of manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Manage new fastener development from receipt of the customer’s request for quotation or drawing through to successful mass production
Review customer drawings, specifications, standards, and special characteristics
Conduct specification and technical meetings with customers to clarify product requirements
Prepare and control Advanced Product Quality Planning plans and Production Part Approval Process documents for new products
Coordinate with suppliers on the development of forging, thread rolling, machining, heat treatment, plating, coating, and inspection processes
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Ability to interpret customer drawings, technical specifications, standards, and special characteristics
Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process documentation
Understanding of fastener development and relevant manufacturing processes
