The Quality Engineer role is suited for a quality professional with hands-on experience in the automotive sector. The role focuses on quality assurance, inspection, reporting, and data organisation, while supporting product quality through the use of QC tools and measuring instruments.
Responsibilities
Support quality assurance activities within the quality department
Use measuring instruments such as profile projectors, microscopes, and other measurement tools for inspection and quality checks
Prepare quality reports for customers
Organise and manage quality-related data using MS Excel
Prepare presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint
Apply knowledge of 7 QC Tools in daily quality activities
Learn company products quickly and support quality requirements for automotive-related work
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality-related roles
Work experience in the automotive sector
Experience in quality assurance activities
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as profile projectors and microscopes
Good knowledge of 7 QC Tools
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
