Job Overview: A Quality Officer who is process‑focused, has prior experience handling OEM customers, can lead audits, and can take complete responsibility for plant‑level quality
Job Responsibilities:
• Line Quality Inspection & Approval
• FG Parts Inspection and maintaining reports
• Patrol inspection & issue management
• NG part handling & Disposal
• Handling measuring instruments & equipment’s
• Basic knowledge on QMS ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 system
• Handling knowledge on measuring instruments like, Rockwell hardness tester, density meter, microscope, Vernier, Micrometer, dial indicators height gauge.
• Internal quality defect analysis and 8D preparation
• Knowledge on control plan , FMEA & PPAP documents.
Job Requirement:
• Qualification: Diploma
• Experience: 1-4 Year
