Position Overview
Looking for Versatile, Ambitious and Energetic Business development candidate and who need to create and apply effective marketing strategy with the goal to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting business development and marketing activities.
Essential Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify new markets & customers’ needs for Automotive parts & Accessories (EV 2W)
Prospect, Penetrate create relationship with existing/new all stakeholders
Audits evaluations for manufacturers, processes & Localization (Candidate Supplier)
Analyzing figures (Basic of Budget Management, Payable, Receivable, consolidating and interpreting data)
Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain & customer satisfaction
Promoting potential partners products by addressing objectives to the prospective customers.
Work with diverse, multi culture teams/countries.
Experience & Requirements:
Proven 7~12 years of experience in business development [Automotive industry]
Leading the creation of new business in Automotive parts & Accessories.
Taking on a leadership role in significant projects as a project leader.
Conducting Assignments of Start-up companies & Business Valuation
Demonstrating basic Management skills, including Finance & Marketing.
Managing import & export logistics with relevant knowledge.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Marketing knowledge and negotiation skills
Knowledge on Imports and exports operations
Ability to work in fast pace & dynamic environment
Understanding marketing dynamics and business judgement
Ability to review contract (purchase/Sales), ensuring adherence to law established rules and guidelines.
Education Qualification:
Graduation and MBA in Marketing /BE in Mechanical Eng/B. Tech.
Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
