Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for sales activities targeting Japanese companies.
The products handled include small rubber components (such as hoses and molded rubber parts) used around engines for two‑wheelers and four‑wheelers.
Key responsibilities include:
Sales to Japanese OEMs and Tier‑1 manufacturers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Understanding customer needs and providing proposal‑based sales solutions
After‑sales follow‑up, including coordination of production schedules
Explaining products using technical drawings in collaboration with in‑house engineering teams
Business travel within India on an almost monthly basis
Training will be provided prior to joining.
Required Skills
Japanese language proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively with engineers
Ability to commit to long‑term employment
A careful, stable, and reliability‑oriented working style
Preferred Skills
Previous work experience with Japanese companies
At least 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
Flexibility to adapt to demanding and tight schedules
Working Hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
