Roles and responsibilities:-
Demonstrated experience in manpower handling and effective team coordination to achieve organizational goals.
Responsible for monthly production planning, monitoring, and scheduling of manufacturing activities to meet targets.
Ensure zero PPM by strictly following and implementing quality fundamentals and standards.
Hands-on experience in robotic welding processes, including operation and quality control.
Perform defect and scrap analysis and implement temporary and permanent corrective actions.
Lead and participate in Kaizen activities in collaboration with team members for continuous improvement.
Drive scrap and rework reduction initiatives to minimize Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
Implement work-balancing Kaizen initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Focus on continuous improvement in daily production activities and promote strong team-building practices.
Possess strong knowledge and experience in preparing and maintaining Work Instructions and SOPs.
Ensure effective implementation of 5S practices and waste reduction initiatives on the shop floor to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
