The Senior Engineer - Production role focuses on CNC machining, shop floor coordination, and production improvement activities within a high-precision manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
Handle manpower planning and coordination on the shop floor to support smooth production operations
Carry out setting changes as per the production plan
Maintain 3S-3T practices on the shop floor to support workplace discipline, safety, and operational efficiency
Conduct Kaizen activities to improve productivity and reduce rejection
Prepare and analyse trial data to support process improvement activities
Support practical improvements at Gemba to enhance productivity and reduce operational issues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
More than 5 years of experience in production or CNC machining
Knowledge of CNC machines and CNC programming
Awareness of G-code and M-code used in CNC machines
Ability to work in shifts and handle shift operations
Knowledge of MS Office
Ability to communicate in English
Good communication skills
