Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry-specific standards.
- Maintain, update, and control QMS documentation across departments.
- Support internal and external audits, prepare compliance reports, and coordinate with certification bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement through QMS enhancements, Kaizen, and best practices.
- Monitor customer complaints/feedback and ensure effective CAPA implementation.
- Implement digital tools for document control, traceability, and compliance monitoring.
- Conduct training programs on QMS awareness and compliance for employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective process standardization.
- Track quality KPIs and report to management with improvement action plans.
