The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager role is responsible for supporting workforce planning and managing Human Resources activities for a project in Sambhajinagar. The position focuses on recruitment, site workforce management, policy development, corporate coordination, and engagement with relevant government authorities.
Responsibilities
Recruit the required workforce for the CSN project
Manage workforce requirements and support the management of employees working at the CSN project site
Formulate HR policies relevant to the CSN project area
Develop and maintain relationships across CSN corporate network
Coordinate with relevant government officials on labour-related matters
Monitor recruitment outcomes, including workforce requirements and quality of hiring
Manage HR-related matters supporting the project and its workforce
Requirements
Experience in recruitment and workforce planning
Ability to manage HR matters for employees working at a project site
Knowledge of HR policy development and labour-related requirements
Strong relationship-building and coordination skills for working with corporate stakeholders and relevant government officials
