Sr. Executive IT

Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP (Oracle NetSuite preferred), including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, finance, supply chain, sales, and logistics) to align ERP functionality with business processes.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants and implementation partners.

Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with IT policies and standards.

Develop and maintain documentation including workflows, data mappings, and system configurations.

Monitor ERP performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system usage.

Provide leadership and guidance in system support, maintenance, and upgrades.

Develop KPIs and dashboards to improve operational transparency and decision-making.
