The Utility Engineer role is focused on managing utility systems, water treatment facilities, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
Manage the operation and maintenance of utility systems and infrastructure
Oversee water treatment facilities, including WTP, STP, and ETP
Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities
Monitor system performance and ensure regulatory compliance
Support energy efficiency and reliability improvement initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth plant operations
Requirements
2 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations
Experience in utility systems, infrastructure, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of utility systems and environmental processes
Ability to monitor system performance and support regulatory compliance
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth plant operations
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N4 or above is an advantage
