Job Description-
- Prepare drawings (Permit, Shop drawings, Construction and As-Built) using AutoCAD
- Work with CAD system, creating, modifying and releasing drawings under direct supervision from Senior Architect/Engineer
- Ensure timeous submission of drawings to all related parties.
- Ensure accuracy of drawings
- Setting up base plans and transferring designs to drawing format
- Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solutions.
- Ensuring to adhere to the industry standards and safety regulations at all times.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and technologies in architectural designs.
Desired Skills-
- Candidate must possess Diploma/ Bachelor's College Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Preferably with at least 3~5 years experience in the related field,
- With extensive knowledge in AutoCAD, 2D, 3D, Revit and BIM.
- Willing to do site supervision in every assigned projects.
- Knowledgeable on High rise building and Factory design.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office and database.
- Strong communication skills and fast learner,
- Strong sense of responsibility to finish quality drawing works.
