POSITION - Asst. Manager
DEPARTMENT - Maintenance
QUALIFICATION - Diploma or B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)
EXPERIENCE - 6 -10 years
AGE-GROUP 25 - 37 years

 

Job Responsibilities:
Hands on Experience with High Pressure Die casting machine 
preferably Toyo make:

1. Mechanical system i.e. Tie bar, Toggle, Platen, Ladle, Extractor 
unit and melting furnace
2. Electrical servo control system, control panel
3. Hydraulics system for injection unit
4. Understanding of Electrical & Hydraulics Drawings
5. Understanding of PLC
6. Breakdown analysis & Preventive Maintenance of PDC Machines : 
Spare Parts planning with SAP knowledge
7. MIS Report for maintenance
8. Manpower Handling of Team size of 25 members (Engineers and 
associates)
9. Knowledge of 5S, Safety, Kaizen, Energy saving activities
10. Documentation work related to PDC machine maintenance
11. Knowledge of Utilities for PDC Machines i.e. Chiller, Cooling 
tower & Pumps
