1. Quality Management System
Collaborate with all departments to implement and monitor quality management systems and procedures based on ISO 9001:2015 /IATF 16949:2016/ISO 1400:2015
Ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory standards. Conducting Management review meeting.
Coordinate with other teams to identify areas for quality improvement.
Develop strategies to address these issues and enhance quality system and product quality.
Handle the documentation process for quality assurance procedures.
Create and revise quality manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality control measures, tools, and methodologies. Enhance the team's understanding of quality standards.
Lead internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of quality management systems.
Identify areas for improvement based on audit findings.
Analyze customer feedback and product returns to identify trends in defects or quality
issues.
Propose corrective actions to address these issues.

Investigate and report on quality-related incidents or non-conformance issues.

2. New Product development
• Preparation and monitoring of Master plan for new developments parts.
Skill in disciplined execution of APQP, PFMEA, Control plan and other documents. Manage cross functional team through a defined and gated NPD process to include the development of a project timeline and marinating it through the life of the project. Collaboration with other department like, Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, Test and evaluation for project progress.
Develop realistic project schedules to meet KPIs of project.
Regularly provide feedback and solutions for process improvements including the new product development process and manufacturing processes.
Implementation of engineering change (ECN) as pe procedure.
