Primary Responsibilities: -

  1. Implement the Hoshin being guided by Management time to time.
  2. Ensure all the business targets (Sales/ After Sales/ Rental) business unit wise are achieved as per the business plan for the branch based on the consultation with the ASMs/ TSMs.
  3. Branch level mgmt.: -Accomplishes branch human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, mentoring and disciplining employees in assigned Territory.
  4. Accomplish Sales & After Sales objectives by creating a sales plan and target for the Territory in line with the regional objectives. Ensure all the RO / RS targets are met at the regional level. Informing Sales target/ plans to the employees and other relevant information.
  5. Market Visits: Understand market and trade by regular market visit to ensure and improve trade visibility and confidence.
  6.  Achieve the branch KPI targets:-
  • Territory coverage per Sales / Service.
  • Equipment: Retail Orders & margin
  • Order loss reporting/weekly basis.
  • Equipment: Sales/Invoicing quantity
  • Part Sales / AMC / Contract ratio
  • Ensure Overall Customer Satisfaction (incl. Sales, After sales etc.,)
  • Ensure effective Account receivable management - AR.
  •  
  • Responsible for the Branch forecasting and sales tracking. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of branch sales and profitability. Disseminate information to RM / ASM / TSM.
  • Ensure Branch is achieving year on year business growth.
  • Foster a climate to promote excellent teamwork and cohesive work culture.
  • Ensure second developed to meet the succession planning challenges.

Secondary Responsibilities: -

  • Maintain good relationship with all the Customers of his territory and ensure customer retention.
  • Manage branch operations within the agreed SGA.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share timely reports to RM.
  • Conduct monthly BRM and review branch performance and take corrective actions as required to improve the overall performance.
