Job Description :-	Primary Responsibilities:- Identify technical training needs according to growing market demand . Based on research, plan and implement technical training programs Lead, teach, on board and evaluate new service engineers Build quarterly and annual technical training program Present all the technical and supply training requirements Track employee success and progress as part of skill development activity   Prepare new training material in collaboration with the marketing team ( New product)
Qualification :-	Essential:- B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) Desirable:-
Experience :-	7 years of experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role 3 years of experience with designing technical training programs for field & workshop
Competencies Required :-	Preferably from MHE / Construction / Mining industry Must have analytical and decision making skills Must have Problem Solving Skills Must have good command over written and verbal communication Must be a team player Must possess Leadership skills Good time-management skills Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
