Job Description :-	Primary Responsibilities:- Handling Customer calls and Collecting Customer Feedback Data Collection and MIS report preparation Documentation and support to Sales Team Compilation of various report required for reporting Supporting Sales Team in day to day activity Support in Administrative & HR activities  Secondary Responsibilities:- Follow-up with Customers on Payment related issues Basic understanding of sales & service process, with added knowledge of Admin & HR activities.
Qualification :-	Essential: - Min. MBA or equivalent PG Desirable:-
Experience :-	10 - 12 Years work experience in Back-end operations of Admin, HR, Sales & Service Support
Competencies Required :-	Must have good communication skills Must have good command over written and verbal communication Good in MS-Office, Excel, VB, Pivot Tables, PPT, Matrix Analysis Must be a team player
